On 24-26 March 2011, the annual GP Association’s meeting was held in Jakarta Convention Center. More than 2000 participants across Indonesia attended this event. Fondaco with GE Operations Indonesia participated in this event. We supported an exhibition booth and also the lunch symposium where we launched the Mac i, GE’s latest Resting ECG system.
On Marh 25, 2011 during the Lunch symposium, two Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) were signed between GE-PDUI and Fondaco-PDUI. GE agrees to support education and training of PDUI members for ECG knowledge and Fondaco agrees to support PDUI with financial facilities for PDUI members buying diagnostic products from Fondaco. These MoUs objective is to improve the GPs to be able to enhance diagnostic quality by improving their diagnostic competencies and providing affordable tools to help in everyday practice.
In the exhibition booth Fondaco displayed simple and portable diagnostic equipments such as Mac i, Mac 400, and Vscan, and for the first time in Fondaco history we have on-site selling with promotional price. During the 3 days of exhibition we sold more than Rp. 150.000.000,- worth of equipments.
We sincerely hope that together (GE, PDUI and Fondaco) we can improve our healthcare service quality by increasing the level of diagnostic competencies and affordable tools of our GPs.
We will implement 3 R's which are Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle as well as Precycle which means to think about carrying just what we need as another way to prevent producing waste.
The Department of Cardiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia celebrates 34th anniversary by a social activity with the theme “Cardiology Gives Back”.
A group of doctors and specialists as alumni of one of the Faculty of Medicine from the local University in Central Java initiated a social activity called “OPERASI MASSAL TERLAMA 100 JAM NON-STOP”
Ikatan Teknik Elektro Medik (IKATEMI) DPC Sulsel bekerja sama PT. Fondaco Mitratama, menggelar pelatihan teori dan praktek menggunakan peralatan medis secara intensif.
