As a continuation of dedication to achieve better ways in order to “Helping you to save more lives”, our service team held a National Service Team Meeting on 17-19 September 2010.
This National Service Meeting is an event of discussion and sharing in order to reinvent the passion and togetherness of our Service Team nationally. Our Service Team consists of many people with qualifications that meets our highest standard of excellence to deliver the best after sales service for the customers.
And also, the re-establishment of the Syllabus and the Standard Operating Procedure for the Service Team is a step to conduct better and organized internal procedures, and in order to provide more competitive advantage such as customer satisfaction, better customer relationship, and increase in growth.
