The Luxtec® CLX-T Xenon Light Source allows you to use most endoscopic and laparoscopic instruments with an affordable, compact Xenon light source. The CLX-T has a turret that lets you use fiberoptic instrument cables with ACMI, Olympus, Storz and Wolf end-fittings. In return the CLX-T gives you a consistent bright white light that is closest to natural light for enhanced tissue color definition, unlike halogen's yellow tone or metal halide's blue tone and color variability.
Each port is clearly marked with an indicator to display the active port for ease of use. Each port also includes a light blocking feature, as recommended by ECRI Institute, so that when a light guide is removed the light is blocked. A simple twist of the attenuator ring adjusts light output.
