Airflow Generator
There are three types of the treatment equipment: fixed-pressure CPAP, automatic pressure CPAP, and bi-level / non-invasive ventilator for users to choose depending on his/her needs.
Fixed Pressure
The GoodKnight® 420 CPAP System is the smallest and lightest continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device on the market. It is designed to help active sleep disorder patients preserve their lifestyles while complying with therapy. The GoodKnight 420G model provides quiet, effective CPAP therapy for a wide range of prescriptions.

• Wide pressure range (4 to 20 cm H20).
• Ultra-quiet operation.
• Adjustable pressure calibration.
• Durable construction.
• Automatic voltage regulator.
• Altitude compensation feature.
• Optional D/C power supply.
• Automatic leak compensation.

Automatic Pressure
The GoodKnight® 420 System includes the 420E Auto-CPAP model, so patients who require auto-CPAP therapy can enjoy the advantages of the world’s smallest and lightest continuous positive airway pressure devices. The GoodKnight 420E model records up to 200 sessions of compliance data and automatically adapts to users’ airway pressure needs:
• Detects apneas with and without cardiac oscillations to avoid increasing pressure on central apneas with open airways.
• Detects inspiratory flow limitation with and without hypopnea to adapt to pressure needs and avoid increasing pressure on central hypopneas.
• Detects and responds to snoring events.

Bi-Level Pressure
The GoodKnight® 425ST Bi-Level® device offers the same benefits as our GoodKnight® 425 Bi-Level device with the added benefit of a backup rate that delivers a machine-triggered breath in the event of apnea or hypopnea. Thanks to a patented turbine-based blower, the GoodKnight® 425ST Bi-Level device is whisper-quiet and comfortable for obstructive sleep apnea patients to use. It's also conveniently small and lightweight, making the GoodKnight 425ST Bi-Level device perfect for use at home, on the road or in clinical settings. Sleep laboratories using Puritan Bennett's SandMan® sleep diagnostic system will enjoy compatibility and seamless integration with the GoodKnight 425ST Bi-Level device.
